Prior work experience of at least 5 years in a Clerical/Administrative position required.
Responsibility (to include but not limited to):
Assist departments with A/P, A/R, quotes/bids/proposals or other to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
Utilizing excel spreadsheets to track jobs and time.
Reviewing data and documents like analysis reports, purchase orders, receipts, Invoices or other.
Make files/folders for job and file associated paperwork.
Prepare updates and enter data to track job and ensure estimate budgets are correct.
Gather information to produce reports.
Skills required:
Communication Time Management Operation of computer, computer programs, and 10 key calculators Proficient in Excel (design and implement spreadsheets), Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks a plus.
